How do I fix the "cookies are blocked" error in Chrome?
If you are unable to log into your Tech Site Builder website you may receive this message:
ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use Tech Site Builder.
This is a temporary conflict between Chrome's internal browser cache and our server-side caching. Here are a few work-around's you can try while we continue to work on a permanent resolution.
- Use a browser other than Chrome.
- Use Chrome in Incognito mode.
- Clear your Tech Site Builder cookies in Chrome by going to chrome://settings/siteData and searching for the word "techsitebuilder.com" and then deleting all entries that appear.
