How Can I Add Chat Functionality to My Website?

We encourage our users to utilize 3rd party chat services.  Many of our customers use Tawk.to (https://www.tawk.to), including us here at TSB.  You can add almost any chat program to your TSB site by copying the code they provide into the appropriate area under the Site Settings menu.
