How do I add a custom form to a page builder page?

To add a form that you saved previously to the page builder:

1. First, create your form using the Forms menu in your website dashboard.
2. Once the form is created and saved, head to edit the page where you want to add the form.
3. Launch the page builder.
4. Look under Tech Site Builder Widgets in the right hand menu of Content and Modules. 
5. In there is a widget called Custom Contact Form.  
6. Drag that over and then choose the form you want to add.
